Thank you for continuing to support Littles Laboratory during these trying times. While LL has stayed (mostly) healthy, we are sad to announce a few temporary changes we've temporarily put in place until the state of the world returns to normal. As there are fewer planes and boats to transport products both to Littles Laboratory headquarters and to our wonderful customers, we’ve had to make a few updates to our shipping policies.
- Our previous policy of offering free shipping for all orders over $75 has now been increased to $100 for International Orders. For international orders under $100, our updated rates will be $14.99 for a small parcel, and $24.99 for a large parcel.
- Unfortunately, COVID-19 has caused increased postal rates and processing times across the board. Due to these changes, we’ve decided to temporarily pause the $5 shipping deal to Australia, New Zealand, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Many of these countries have significantly slowed down their rate of postal service, and dramatically increased rates for shipping and imports.
- Domestic orders will still ship for free over $75, and priority shipping has increased to $9.99.
Over 75 countries have now reported shipping adjustments and some are no longer receiving international mail. All orders placed to countries not receiving mail will be held until mail resumes normally and contacted via email. We recommend checking with your local country for more information. Orders appear to be taking slightly longer going through customs, and may not be updated for 2-3 weeks. US orders are unaffected at this time, however small delays may be noticed, especially in how quickly tracking numbers are updated. Please contact the mail carrier for any information regarding sent packages as they will be able to provide the latest tracking information.
Due to these changes, we will no longer be able to accept international returns and exchanges at this time. We will continue to accept domestic returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Order processing time has now increased to 1-3 business days. We’ve always been prompt at getting orders out within a day of ordering, but order volume has increased significantly, and the post office has experienced delays on the backend as well. Littles Lab is working as fast as we can behind the scenes to get your orders out as safely and efficiently as possible. We appreciate your support during this difficult time and hope shipping-as-normal resumes soon.
